Here you will find everything you need to know before your winter rave in Husum!
What is the minimum age for Volume X Snowstrike?
The event is strictly 18+ – no exceptions.
Can I enter the event without a valid ID card?
If you do not have a valid ID card, please have another document ready with which you can identify yourself.
Can I re-enter after leaving the event?
No. Entry is one-time only.
When do doors open?
Doors open at 15:30. The event starts at 16:00 and ends at 02:00.
Which items are prohibited?
- Your own food and drinks
- Weapons
- Drugs
- Pets
- Drones
- Large bags
When do the first acts play?
The first act plays at 16:00. All further information can be found in the timetable.

Can I pay by card?
Yes, you can pay both in cash and by card.
Is there a medical service on site?
Yes, the medical service is clearly visible right at the entrance. If you have a problem, please contact the paramedics immediately.
Is there a shuttle from the train station?
No, there will be no shuttle organised by us. However, a bus runs from the station to the Messeplatz. You can find the timetable here: Husum Bus line 4
Accessibility: Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the entire venue is barrier-free and wheelchair accessible. A toilet for people with disabilities is also available.
Is there a festival wristband?
No, there is no festival wristband this year.
Can I bring drinks or food to the event?
No, bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted. However, a variety of drinks and food will be available for purchase at the event.
Is smoking allowed inside the building?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited. If we catch you smoking, we reserve the right to exclude you from the event.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a paid car park right next to the venue. €5 per vehicle, payable in cash.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there will be a cloakroom. For €2 in cash you can hand in your belongings.
Does the name on the ticket have to match the person?
No, that is not strictly necessary. A name change is therefore not required either.
What should I do if I lost my ticket?
Please send us an email at support@volume-x-event.de. Problems can also be resolved on site at the entrance.
Can I show my ticket on my smartphone?
Yes, that is possible. The QR code must be readable, though.
Will there be food on site?
Yes, a selection of dishes will be available.
Is there an outdoor / smoking area?
Yes, there is a cordoned-off and signposted area. You can enter this area as often as you like. Inside the building there is a strict smoking ban.
Will there be a box office?
If the event is sold out, there will be no box office.
Can I buy cigarettes or vapes on site?
No, there will be no cigarettes or vapes for sale.
Is there a merchandise stand at the event?
Yes, but only while stocks last.
Lost property: Where do I go if I lost something?
If you lost something, you can pick it up at the venue on the day after the event between 12:00 and 18:00. Otherwise, all lost property goes to the lost property office in Husum.

Where do I hand in found items during the event?
You can hand in found items at all sales stands. There is a lost & found station at the merchandise stand.
Will photos and videos be taken at the event?
Yes, photos and videos will be taken during the event. By purchasing a ticket you agreed to the terms and conditions and granted us permission to use image and video material in which you may appear.
